For 30 years, I have worked at the intersection of psychology, system design, and human performance — in contexts where getting the human factors right is not optional.

My work started with software usability and expanded into safety-critical environments: air traffic management, oil and gas, heavy industry, healthcare. In all of these, the question is always the same — how do we design so that people can perform reliably, safely, and with confidence?

That question has driven everything I have developed: the UX Psychology Lens toolset, various frameworks and 30 years of consulting, training, and research across more than 1000 engagements.
