Feeling stuck in your UX or design career?
Let's change that.
You’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out by yourself — especially not in a field that moves as fast and demands as much as UX and design.
Break the cycle. Move forward with clarity.
Don’t waste time and energy in endless loops of overthinking. With the right guidance, you can step back, gain clarity, and start making decisions that actually move you forward.
Clarity. Movement. Results.
As a trained systemic coach with deep expertise in UX and design practice, I support professionals through the challenges that don’t have obvious answers — career direction, stakeholder dynamics, professional identity, workload, self-doubt. Guided through a structured process, you define your goals and approach them step by step.
Coaching is guidance and not consulting. It helps you see your situation clearly, identify achievable goals as well as steps to take.
If you wish, you can include “sparring sessions“, where I serve as profound sparring partner for your UX / Design or CX related ideas, approaches and decisions . These sessions will not take you off track in your coaching progress, but will broaden your perspective on possible solutions or steps to take.
Here are some examples of issues that my clients address:
-
Navigating conflicting stakeholder expectations.
-
Managing time and workload effectively in agile environments.
-
Overcoming self-doubt or imposter syndrome.
-
Clarifying career direction and professional identity within UX.
-
Strengthening influence and communication with teams.
-
Developing resilience in fast-paced or uncertain project settings
