In most industries, the gap between a well-written procedure and a usable one can be the difference between efficient and safe peformance or a serious incident.
But it is not only about procedures and instructions. Usability Mapping’s training programs teach participants how to create UX-compliant, safe, and testable documents. It is grounded in decades of psychological research, using methods that are measurable and verifiable.
There are two trainings, differentiated by the level of detail and type of documents. Both trainings introduce the scientific principles behind Usability Mapping and how to apply them to real documents.
The 1 day introduction training provides all relevant basics and focuses on procedures and instructions.
The 2 day foundation training provides all relevant basics and covers all document types and also the organizational impact of a user oriented document management and document development workflow.

Costs and payment
The training costs are:
Introduction traning: 590 Euro (excl. VAT) per person.
Foundation training: 1.090 Euro (excl. VAT) per person.
Request a company quote if you prefer an inhouse training or wish to send more then 3 people to a training.
